Piotr Kwiatek is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Marketing at the American University of the Middle East, Kuwait. He graduated Poznan University of Economics, having defended his doctoral thesis on determinants of efficacy of loyalty programs. Prior to that held managerial positions in customer relationship management in various industries, including banking, consulting and pharma solutions. He was involved as director of development for technology park in Poland. Piotr Kwiatek served also as panel member at Teaching Sales in International Environment in Helsinki and Developing Sales Curriculum in Milan. Acted as the president of several international conferences and workshops (Advancing Sales, Global Sales Science Institute and IASP European Workshop on Managing Innovation Networks).
